Consignment Auction

It’s time for the St. Vrain Young Farmers Consignment Auction once again.  Auction is conducted by WW Auctions & Real Estate, LLC. Selling tractors, trucks, vehicles, machinery, tools.

Our sale is Saturday, March 10, 2012, 9:00am at the corner of Weld County Rd. 13 & Weld County Rd. 32. (2 miles east of I-25.)

Date to start bringing items in is March 7, 2012 9:00am.  Loader will be available from March 7, 2012 thru March 11, 2012.  Allan (970) 381-1807 or (970) 535-4749 or Bruce (303) 588-0660.

Advertising deadline is February 24, 2012. If you would like to advertise please send your item list along with your name and phone number to WW Auctions at www.wwsells.com (970) 221-4300.

Breakfast and lunch will be sold by the  Roosevelt FFA Chapter, along with additional assistance for the auction provided by the St.Vrain FFA Chapter.  Roll-off container is donated by McDonald Farms for everyone’s convenience.

Funds raised from this auction, as always, is for our “Fred Sekich Memorial Scholarship Fund”. Hope to see everyone there!

congratulations to Shelby McCracken, member of the Colorado State University Young Farmer Chapter for being the 2012 Spokesperson for Agriculture. Other chapter members, Bailey Field and Jessica Milstein, were second and third respectively! Well done!

Annual Casino Night!

Every year, for the past a-lot-of years, the Colorado Young Farmers, Front Range Chapter, has hosted a Casino Night…and we’re doing it again this year!

Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 6:00pm at the Keenesburg Colorado Fairgrounds.
Tickets will be sold at the door for $15, covering your meal, drinks, and tickets for the live auction!

Happenings:
-An AMAZING dinner prepared and served by an outstanding group
-Snacks (not limited to popcorn, chips & dip, and desserts)
-Texas Hold’m, Craps Table, and a Bingo table…with prizes!
-Live AND Silent Auctions (100′s of items ranging in value and location, donated by local people, businesses, and charities!)
-Alcoholic Beverages (open bar; tips requested but not required)

We use these proceeds to put your money BACK into the community via scholarships for students seeking an agriculture related degree, donations and events to raise money for Special Olympics Colorado, and funding other group efforts in and around our local towns (the Angel Tree at Christmas, supporting the troops, and our ATV Challenge to benefit local charities!)!
